Hi, please read this if you want to delete your whole Yahoo! Account. your account is just a few clicks away from being deleted


Please note that if you delete your Yahoo! Account, all the services that you signed up for in using your Yahoo! Account password and username will also be deleted.

Hi, I've been sent an email which has been left anonymous and I am extremely keen to find out who the sender is.





I have the email address, which I punched into google on the off chance the same person had perhaps left postings on forums, or something similar which would give me an idea of what kind of person I was dealing with.





Unfortunately this has not shown any results - does anyone have any suggestions? Can I put the email address into a people search function? I'm going to try putting it into myspace but I suspect this will be to no avail.





Any tips to identify the sender would be much appreciated as my instinct is telling me to question their authenticity before I respond.

You can try a whois search using their IP address. You will find it in Full Headers on the lower right corner after you open their mail. I'm not sure on this, you can ask on YA, I think it's the last IP address on the list that you will need to do a search on.

Reply:If you got an e-mail that has no one in the sender field, you might as well delete that right away. In this era, there are a lot of spam mails and e-mails that contain viruses and trojans. If you happen to open one and activate the attachment you'll be sorry. One good rule, never open/read messages from someone you don't know. The sender must at least have an introduction on the subject. An e-mail without subject and sender details is an e-mail not worth reading anyways.
